Are you looking for a grant to boost an upcoming STEM event in your community throughout 2022? Or have an initiative that you'd like to get off the ground this year?
We might have just the thing for you!
Inspiring Western Australia (IWA) will be opening applications to our IWA STEM Grants for 2022 on the 14 February, 9am (AWST). We're providing up to $2,500 in funding to support Western Australian organisations and community groups to host an event or initiative for their communities to engage them with all things STEM.
Last year we successfully funded sixteen events and initiatives across the state. From funding the development of a STEAM workshop up in Paraburdoo at the local Primary School, to supporting a stargazing night in Narembeen, all the way down to contributing to the Wave Energy Research Centre in Albany showcase a working model of their research to their local community.
How do you apply?
The application guidelines outline the application process and the questions that will be in the application form, this can be found on the IWA STEM Grant webpage.
The application form will be made available on that page on the 14 February until 11 March. You will be notified on the success of your application from the 25 March.
