National Science Week will take place from Saturday 12 - Sunday 20 August 2023.
Inspiring Western Australia have opened applications for National Science Week grants to support Western Australian organisations and community groups wishing to run an event for National Science Week in their community.
In 2022 Small and Mid-Tier grants were offered, this year only the Small Grant will be offered. The maximum amount that can be applied for under the Small Grant round has been increased. The grant has also been opened to metropolitan applicants.

Small Grants
Small grants of up to $4,000 are available for regional events, up to $3,000 is available for metropolitan events. Events must be held in August 2023, ideally during science week.
Applications are open from Tuesday 14 March - Monday 17 April.

Applicant Information Session
The WA Coordiating Committee for National Science Week (WACC) will run two applicant information sessions. Sessions will provide details on what the WACC will look for when assessing your application, time will also be made for questions.
