We’re pleased to announce that the 2023 STEM Grant is open for applications until Friday 16 June 2023, 5pm AWST.
This year the maximum funding amount has been increased from $2,500 to $8,000. The increased funding aims to support organisations in delivering STEM (science, technology, engineering or mathematics) engagement programs with lasting impacts to their communities.
The grant guidelines have been updated to reflect the aims of the Inspiring WA program. Initiatives which can;
- Cater to Regional and Remote communities, First Nations communities, and Women & Girls,
- Promote Women in STEM,
- Promote First Nations contributions to STEM
will be looked upon favourably. Applicants who partner with other organisations, engage or promote the diversity of people working in STEM, and which deliver a program to their community which has ongoing or lasting impacts will also be highly regarded.
